摘要  采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜,研究分析了环境气氛对以纯Zn和Se为原料制备ZnSe晶体的结构和微观形貌的影响.研究表明,环境气氛不仅影响ZnSe晶体的晶粒尺寸,而且影响其形貌.在真空环境下,ZnSe晶体的晶界面圆滑、没有棱角,晶粒尺寸为7~8μm;在Ar气环境下,ZnSe晶体有明显的棱角,晶粒尺寸为10~11μm.环境气氛对ZnSe晶体的结构不产生影响,两种环境下制备出的ZnSe晶体均为面心立方结构. By using XRD and SEM,the effects of experimental atmosphere on the morphology and structure of ZnSe crystal synthesized from Zn and Se have been studied in this paper.It is found that the experimental atmosphere not only the grain size,but also the morphology of the ZnSe crystal.For the vacuum sample,the grain size of ZnSe crystal is in a region from 7 to 8 μm,and the interface of the crystal is smooth and round.For the sample obtained in argon atmosphere,the grain size is 10~11μm,and the interface of the crystal has sharp edges and corners.The experimental atmosphere does not influence the category of the obtained crystal.The structure of the ZnSe crystal obtained in vacuum or argon atmosphere is a face-centered cubic one.
