摘要
提出一种在役管线腐蚀剩余寿命预测方法.根据在役输油管线腐蚀损伤检测结果,应用极值Ⅰ型分布概率统计理论估算整条管线的可能最大已腐蚀壁厚值,再应用幂指数形式的局部腐蚀进展公式估计当最大已腐蚀壁厚达管材最小允许壁厚时的使用寿命,考虑防腐层的寿命后,得到输油管线腐蚀剩余寿命预测值.利用本方法估测了孤六联阀组-孤岛首站Φ35 5mm集输管线的腐蚀使用寿命。
In this paper,an approach to predict the remaining life of the corroded pipeline in service is proposed.In the approach,the maximal possible corroded wall-thickness value of the whole pipeline is estimated basing on the bivariate extreme distribution theory according to the corrosion inspection results of the pipeline,then the life when the maximal corroded wall-thickness value reaches the minimal one permitted is estimated using the power exponent formula of the local corrosion growth,and then,taking the life of anticorrosion coating into account,the remaining life for corrosion is predicted.The remaining life of the Guliulian-Gudao- Φ355 mm collecting pipeline is predicted by the approach,and the results are accorded with the real conditions.
