摘要
文中扼要地介绍了声发射技术在材料断裂过程研究中的发展。目前,声发射检测速度已经达到了可以与材料断裂发展速度相比拟的程度,在这种速度范围内,在不带来任何影响的情况下,利用声发射可以检测到甚至于只有1个晶粒直径大小的动态断裂过程。这种当代的边缘实验技术为动态断裂的微观机械模型的建立以及其临界评定两方面的发展提供了实验的途径。
In this paper, the development of applications of Acoustic Emission(AE)
Technique for studying the dynamic process of material fracture is introdu-
ced briefly. Recently, the velocity of AE detection has reached the velocity
which is comparable with the velocity of fracture growth in material, in
this velocity regime, AE can 'observe', without perturbation, dynamic frac-
ture, even if the crack extends no more than one grain diameter. The experi-
ments, while at the fringes of today's. expertise, do offer the possibility of
providing experimental insights to guide the development of micromechanical
modeling of dynamic fracture and even the critical evaluation of modeling pre-
dictions.
