摘要 目的血管内皮生长因子(vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)是一种重要的促血管形成因子,与肿瘤的多种恶性生物学行为密切相关。本研究旨在通过检测血清VEGF,探讨其与胃癌病理指标间的关系,为临床提供参考。方法用酶联免疫法检测63例胃癌患者血清VEGF水平,将其分为表达阴性和阳性两组,根据不同临床病理指标比较两组间的差异。结果VEGF在胃癌病人血清中的表达与患者的性别、年龄、分化程度无统计学意义(P>0.05),而与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处器官转移以及肿瘤的TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05)。结论胃癌病人血清VEGF高表达,在排除创伤和炎症的前提下,可能提示肿瘤的活跃生长以及潜在转移。 Objective Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) is an important angiogenesis stimulating factor. It is believed that VEGF is closely associated with some biological behavior of malignant tumors. This experiment aims to study the correlation of serum VEGF and clinicopathological features in gastric cancer patients. Method The expression of serum VEGF in sixty-three cases of gastric cancer was detected by ELISA method and its relationship to clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results VEGF positive expression was significantly correlated with depth of tumor invasion, tumor lymph node metastasis, organ metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05 ), but its relationship to age, gender of patients and tumor differentiation was not found(P>0.05). Conclusion The high expression of serum VEGF in gastric cancer patients suggests rapid tumor growth and possible metastasis.
