摘要
本文分析了42例经手术和病理证实的脑胶质瘤的CT表现。平扫35例（83．3％）呈以低密度为主的混杂密度，增强后27例（64．3％）呈环状强化。本组定位诊断准确率为100％，定性诊断准确率为90．4％。
The CT findings of 42 cases of glioma of the brain proved by operation and patnology were analysed. 35 cases (83. 3% ) presented hypodense lesion with ndxed densities on precontrast scan. 27 cases (64. 3%) had a ring-eshaped enhancement lesion on postcontrast scan. In this se ries, the accuracy rate of the CT diagnosis in locating the lesion was 100% and in defining the na ture of the lesion was 90. 4%.
