摘要
目的分析甲状腺癌的CT表现,探讨CT在甲状腺癌诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法对25例经手术病理证实为甲状腺癌的患者的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果甲状腺癌CT平扫表现为等或混杂密度,边界不清,增强扫描不均匀强化,并向邻近组织侵犯,颈部常可见肿大淋巴结。结论CT在甲状腺癌的诊断和鉴别诊断中具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the value of CT scans in differential diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma. Methods CT findings of 25 cases of thyroid carcinoma proved by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Thyroid carcinoma appear motley density , the edges were unclear and infiltration of adjacent might be seen. Conclusion CT scan might take an important role in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma.
