摘要
伴随着冲突法革命,最密切联系原则于20世纪五六十年代应运而生。此原则自产生以来,一直是国际私法界普遍关注的焦点。最密切联系原则是冲突法的基本原则,对我国的冲突立法有着积极的指导作用。
With the revolution of law of conflict, the closest ties theory arises at the historic moment in the fifties and the sixties of the 20th century . Since the closest ties theory emergines,it has been the focus that private international law circles have generally paid close attention to all the time.The closest ties theory is a basic principle in the law of conflict and has positive guidance to the legislation on our conflict law.
