摘要
目的 探讨IL - 11及sgp130在自体造血干细胞移植的动员过程中的变化及其意义。 方法 采用生物学活性检测和ELISA检测方法分别对造血动员患者的血清IL - 11及sgp130含量进行动态观测 ,同时通过流式细胞仪及细胞计数观察患者外周血CD34+细胞、白细胞和血小板数量变化 ,对整个动员过程中的上述指标进行动态观察。结果 在动员过程中 ,患者外周血CD34+造血细胞、白细胞及血小板计数与血清中IL - 11水平呈平行性升高 ,而血清中sgp130的含量在动员过程中呈下降趋势。 结论 自体干细胞移植造血过程中 ,血清IL - 11和sgp130的含量与患者CD34+细胞数、白细胞和血小板计数有一定的相关性 。
Objective To investigate the level and the significance of IL-11 and sgp130 in peripheral blood of patients during process of mobilization for autologus peripheral blood stem cells transplantation.Methods The levels of IL-11 and sgp130 in patients were valued by B9-11 assay and ELISA respectively during the mobilization procedure and the number of CD34 + cells、white blood cell(WBC) and platelet(Plt) were also determined by flow cytometric analyse and hametometry.Results In the course of mobilization the number of CD34 + cells 、WBC and Plt in PB of the patients were paralleled to the level of IL-11 but the level sgp130 tended to reduced at the time of collection CD34 + cells.Conclusion The levels of IL-11 and sgp130 in the patients` serum are correlated to the number of CD34 + cells、 WBC and Plt in patients`PB during the mobilization process .thus ,the levels of IL-11 and sgp130 may serves as a significant marker to monitor the whole mobilization for collecting CD34 + cells.
