多层螺旋CT三维成像对气管或支气管瘘的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT三维成像对气管或支气管瘘的诊断价值。材料和方法:20例气管或支气管瘘的患者行多层螺旋CT和X线下经气管或食管瘘道造影,其中19例作了支架封堵术。分析不同成像方式对气管或支气管瘘的显示。结果:横轴位加MPR能满意显示瘘口的位置和大小(90%),并适用于支架制作前的测量。MinIP、SSD、VR技术显示气管或支气管瘘的结果类似(75%)。VB能显示较大瘘口(55%)。结论:多层螺旋CT三维成像对气管或支气管瘘具有明确诊断和定位测量价值。 To discuss the clinic value of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosing tracheobronchial festulaes.Materials and Methods:Twenty patients with post-operative tracheobronchial festulae underwent multi-slice spiral CT and festulae radiography through trachea or esophagus,with19cases have done stent obstruction afterwards.Various CT images of3D reconstruction were compared with each other.Results:The axial and MPR images are superior to display the festulaes(90%)and available for mea-surements accurately.The images of Min IP、SSD and VR also can show the festulaes(75%),and VB only show with55%.Conclusion:multi-slice spiral CT is helpful for the diagnosis of tracheobronchial fes-tulaes.
