摘要
目的比较在肋骨骨折中应用多层螺旋CT三维成像和DR双能量减影检查的诊断效果。方法选取我院于2012年5月至2013年5月期间收治的82例肋骨骨折患者的临床资料,将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组41例。观察组患者给予多层螺旋CT三维成像检查,对照组患者给予DR双能量减影检查,比较两组患者的诊断结果。结果观察组患者的诊断符合率为98.18%,明显高于对照组的77.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的漏诊率为1.82%,明显优于对照组的12.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肋骨骨折临床中,相比DR双能量减影检查,应用多层螺旋CT三维成像检查的诊断符合率更高,误诊率更低,值得推广。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of multi-slice CT three-dimensional imaging and DR dual-energy subtraction angiography examination of rib fractures. Methods Eighty-two patients with rib fracture in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 41 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group received the multi-slice CT three-dimensional imaging examination, while patients in the control group received the DR dual-energy subtraction angiography examination. The diagnostic results of two groups were compared. Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of observation group was 98.18%, significantly higher than 77.59% of control group (P 〈0.05). The omission diagnostic rate of observation group was 1.82%, significantly better than 12.07% of control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Compared with DR dual-energy subtraction angiography examination, multi-slice CT three-dimensional imaging examination has higher diagnostic coincidence rate, and lower omission diagnostic rate, which is worthy of clinical application in the examination of rib fractures.
