摘要
目的观察氟伐他汀及赖诺普利对2型糖尿病患者血脂、血压、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素及胰岛素敏感性指数的影响。方法220例2型糖尿病患者随机分为四组,为氟伐他汀组40mg/d,赖诺普利组10mg/d和安慰剂A组、安慰剂B组,于用药前及用药后2周、4周、8周检测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、血压(BP)、空腹血糖(FBG)和空腹胰岛素(FINS),并计算胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)。结果氟伐他汀组治疗后8周TC明显下降,且在治疗后2周、4周、8周ISI逐渐升高,治疗后4周、8周与治疗前及安慰剂组比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);赖诺普利组治疗后8周BP明显下降,且在治疗后2周、4周、8周ISI逐渐上升,治疗后8周与治疗前及安慰剂组比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论氟伐他汀及赖诺普利在有效调脂降压的同时,能提高胰岛素敏感性。
Objective To investigate the effect of Fluvastain Sodium and Lisinopril on insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 220 T2DM patients were randomly divided into 4 groups, i.e. Fluvastain Sodium group with Fluvastain Sodium 40 mg/d, Lisinopril group with Lisinopril 10 mg/d, placebo group A and B. Total cholesterol, triglyceride,fasting blood glucose(FBG) and fasting insulin(FINS) were detected in 2nd,4th,8th week before and after taking medicine, while insulin sensitivity index(ISI) was calculated.Results The ISI of Fluvastain Sodium group increased gradually and significantly different between 4th-8th week after and before taking medicine as well as compared with the placebo group (P<0.05).The ISI of Lisinopril group increased gradually and significant difference existed as compared at 8th week after and before taking medicine as well as compared with the placebo group (P<0.05).Conclusion Fluvastain Sodium and Lisinopril can efficiently decrease the blood pressure and blood lipid as well as increase the sensitivity of insulin.
