摘要
本文报道了利用乙睛-甲醇-磷酸流动相体系分析生物膜磷脂的高效液相色谱法。所用色谱柱为ShunPAKCLC-SIL柱(150×6mm,5u),检测波长205nm。该法可在45min之内分析8种膜磷脂组分,并可在12min之内使4种主要的红细胞膜磷脂得到完全分离。该法的线性范围宽,色谱的重复性较好,是一种简便、快速、实用性强的生物膜磷脂分析方法。
novel high performance liquid chromatographic method for analysis of phospholipids inbiomembrane is deseribed. The separation was performed on a CLC-SIL column with the mobilephase system of acetonitril-methanol-85%phosphoric acid,using isocratic elution and UVdetection at 205nm. completed separation of eight constituente of membrane phospholipids wasachieved within 45 min,and four major constituents of phospholipids in erythrocyte ghostmembrane could be separated completely within 12 min.This method is rapid,reliable,producibleand practical for determination of biomembrane phospholipids.
