摘要 旋转防喷系统是实施欠平衡钻井的关键设备,其使用可靠性关系到欠平衡钻井作业的成败和施工人员的生命安全。为提高旋转防喷系统的维护、保养和检修水平,研制了用于模拟现场使用工况的试验装置,对旋转防喷系统进行测试和检修。文章分析了试验装置的结构及工作原理,介绍了试验台架中的液体体积补偿装置及计算机监测系统,描述了目前世界上压力等级最高的旋转防喷系统在该试验装置上进行各种试验的情况。模拟试验为检测和判断井口压力控制设备是否正常工作提供了定量分析的依据,为欠平衡装备研究提供了必要的技术支持。 As one of the most important equipment to implement underbalanced drilling (UBD) technology, it is required that rotary blowout preventer (RBOP) should maintain high reliability whenever in use. To upgrade the level of repair and maintenance, a set of trial equipment for the RBOP was developed. This paper, firstly, analyses the components and working principle of the trial equipment, and secondly, introduces detailedly the hydraulic volume compensation apparatus and computer monitoring system, and finally, describes the experiments of the highest pressure level RBOPs on the trial equipment. The simulation experiments provide numerical criterion for detecting and monitoring the overall reliability of the RBOP, and provide necessary technique support for the localized researches of UBD equipment.
