摘要
光绪初年的“清流”现象,正史或避而不谈,或语焉不详,而私人笔记则津津乐道。说得倒是热闹,结果却越描越黑“。清流”到底是什么?人物还是言论?如果是前者,哪些人物属于“清流”?如果是后者,什么言论属于“清流”?本文对不同政治倾向和不同官僚圈子里流传的“清流”称谓进行了梳理,进而试图恢复“清流”现象的本来面目。
What does Qing Ling refer to? Characters or sayings? What content does each category include? This paper made an attempt to sort out the appellations in political inclinations as well as views in officialdom so as to recover the original concept of Qing Liu.
