摘要
运用比表面分析、孔径分布、NH3 TPD等方法测定了分子筛催化剂的孔结构及表面酸性质,采用固定床反应器对改性β分子筛催化剂的烷基转移性能进行了研究。结果表明,催化剂的酸性质及孔结构决定了其烷基转移性能。针对不同的烷基化反应,研究了用不同方法改性的β分子筛催化剂的烷基转移性能。
N_2 isotherm and NH_3-TPD were used to determine BET surface, pore volume and acidity of modified β zeolites. Catalytic behaviors of β zeolites modified by different methods for mixed isopropylbenzene transalkylation were investigated via liquid phase transalkylation of DIPB and TIPB with benzene. The results showed that transalkylation acitivity of the zeolites was dependent on their acidity and pore structure. For a specific alkylation catalyst, one should choose a special required transalkylation catalyst which should possess enough not only catalytic acitivity but also the reasonable selectivity.
