摘要
综述了国内外分子筛催化剂的研究进展,比较了丝光沸石、ZSM系列、Y、β、MCM系列分子筛催化剂的孔结构和酸性质及其催化性能对苯与丙烯烷基化反应的影响。随着分子筛催化合成异丙苯工艺的进展,高效、无腐蚀、符合环保要求的新型烷基化催化剂将是未来研究和开发的重点。
This paper reviewed the development of zeolite catalyst and compared the effects of pore, acid and catalytic properties of mordenite, ZSM, Y, β and MCM zeolites on benzene alkylation with propylene. With development of cumene process using zeolite catalyst, the new alkylation catalyst having high activity, no cor rosion and much environment will be the emphasis of future research and development.
