摘要
目的探讨胆囊肉样病变(PLG)的超声诊断方法,指导临床诊治。方法对50例胆囊息肉样病变据其临床和病理诊断关系进行回顾性分析。结果50例(PLG)占同期手术胆固醇息肉88%,胆囊腺肌病10%,胆囊腺病2%。结论①胆囊腺瘤癌变倾向明显;②单发且>10mm的病变宜手术切除;③年龄作为肿瘤危除的参考因素;④对症状不重没有癌变危险者可定期随访。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis procedure of polypoid lesions of gallbladder(PLG) by ultrasonic and the usage in directing clinical management. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed for the relation between clinical and pathological aspect from 50 cases of PLG. Results Among 50 cases of PLG undergoing surgery, cholesterol polyp accounted for 88%, gallbladder adenomyoma for 10% and the diseases of gland of gallbladder for 2%.Conclusions①The adenoma of the gallbladder has the distinct inclination of going malignant change. ②It was recommended that single lesions with a diameter of more than 10mm be surgically removed as soon as possible.③Age was a risk factor of tumor of the gallbladder.④It is important for slight clinical symptoms and no indication of going malignant change to be attached to the periodic follow-up.
