摘要
文章指出目前我国国有企业效益普遍不佳,与人才流失问题密切相关,而传统的人事管理制度缺乏科学性,分配制度不合理,无法有效提高职工积极性,无力留住优秀的人才,是国有企业人才流失的最重要原因,因此,解决国企人才流失问题必须大力改革人事制度和分配制度,建立和完善激励机制,同时借鉴外国先进的用人方法,解决人才流失问题,留住人才,最终为社会主义现代化建设服务。
Benefits of state-o wned enterprise of our country are generally not good at present, closely relate d to brain drain question. And the traditional personnel management system is sc arce and scientific, the distribution system is unreasonable, unable to improve worker's enthusiasm effectively, unable to keep outstanding talents here, the mo st important reason of brain drain of state-owned enterprise. So, solving the br ain drain problem of state-owned enterprise must reform the personnel system and distribution system in a more cost-effective manner, set up and perfect the inc entive mechanism, draw lessons from the advanced method of choosing the right pe rson in foreign country at the same time, solve the brain drain problem, retain staff , serve for socialist modernization drive finally.
