摘要
在干旱胁迫条件下,以银中杨2年生苗木为材料,叶面喷施不同浓度的脱落酸。结果表明:脱落酸能不同程度地延缓苗木叶水势及可溶性蛋白含量的下降,并对游离脯氨酸含量和细胞膜脂过氧化有不同程度的影响。
The effects of foliar spray of abscisic acid with different concentrations were studied under drought stress by using 2-year-old Populus alba × Populus seedlings as testing materials. The result showed that abscisic acid could slower the decrease of water potential and soluble protein content of leaves in various degrees. Abscisic acid had different influences on the content of dissociative proline and cell membrance-lipid peroxidation.
