摘要
目的:用高效液相色谱法测定感冒软胶囊中葛根素含量。方法:采用DiamonsilC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水(V:V=25:75)为流动相,检测波长250nm,流速1.0mL/min。结果:线性范围0.1594-1.195μg(r=0.99997,n=5),平均回收率102.0%,RSD为1.82%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、准确、无干扰,可用于感冒软胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quantitative method of the Puerarin in the Ganmao Soft capsule by HPLC. Method :The Diamonsil C18 Column (4.6mm× 150mm, 5μm) was used. The methanol-water (V: V = 25:75) mixture as the mobile phase, with the detection at 250nm, the flow rate was 1.0mL/min and column temperature was room temperature. Result:.The liner ranges are 0.1594-1.195μg (r = 0.99997, n = 5). The mean recovery is 102.0 % , RSD = 1.82 % (n = 5) . Conclusion:This method is convenient, accurate and specified.
