摘要
目的:探讨健中愈疡片对乙酸诱发胃溃疡大鼠模型细胞因子的影响。方法:制备乙酸诱发大鼠胃溃疡模型,分别予健中愈疡片、雷尼替丁治疗14天后,采用双抗体夹心、ABC-ELISA法,测定大鼠血清的干扰素-Y(IFN-Y)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-10(IL-10)的水平。结果:乙酸诱发胃溃疡模型组大鼠血清中IFN-Y、TNF-α较空白组显著升高(P<0.01),而IL-4、IL-10则显著减低(P<0.01),健中愈疡片组IFN-Y、TNF-α显著低于模型组(P<0.01),且IL-4、IL-10显著高于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:健中愈疡片可调节乙酸诱发胃溃疡大鼠模型的细胞因子的紊乱。
Objective:To study the effect of Jianzhongyuyangpian on cytokines with gastric ulcer induced by aceric acid. Methods :Rats with gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid we retreated with Jianzhongyuyangpian , ranitidine respectively for 14 days, then the lever of IFN-、.TNF-α、 IL-4、 IL-10 in blood serum were measured by ELISA method. Results: Compared with normal control group, the lever of IFN-Y、TNF-***in the blood serum was increased(P< 0.01) and the lever of IL- 4、IL-10 in the blood serum was decreased(P<0.01)in model control group. The lever of IFN-Y、TNF-αin the blood serum of Jianzhongyuyangpian group was significantly lower than those of model control group and the lever of IL-4、 IL-10 in the blood serum of Jianzhongyuyangpian group was significantly higher than those of model control group (P< 0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion : Jianzhongyuyangpian was able to adjust cytokines rats with gastric ulcer induced by aceric acid.
