摘要
目的:研究国产左旋布比卡因对蛛网膜下腔阻滞的效果。方法:下肢手术60例,随机等分为两组,对照组为布比卡因(B)组,用0.75%布比卡因1.2ml(9mg);实验组为左旋布比卡因(LevoB)组,用0.75%左旋布比卡因1.2ml(9mg)。蛛网膜下腔注药前,两组均回吸脑脊液稀释至3ml,注药速度均为1ml/2s,注药过程均不作往返吸注。结果:(1)痛觉和运动阻滞的起效及持续时间,阻滞平面固定时间和其持续时间,LevoB组与B组比较差异均无显著性。(2)LevoB组与B组的阻滞前后平均动脉压、心率和ECG差异均无显著性。(3)两组阻滞均完善,术中无阻滞不全。结论:LevoB腰麻阻滞安全且完善,有临床应用和研究价值。
Objective:To investigate the effect of levobupivacaine for spinal subarachnoid block.Methods:60patients undergoing spinal block for lower extremity operations,were equally and randomly divided into2groups.Group B was contrast group with9mg0.75%bupivacaine,and group levoB with9mg0.75%levobupivacaine.In both groups the local anesthetic agents were diluted with cerebrospinal fluid to3ml and were injected(1ml/2s)through a27-gauge needle without barbotage respectively.Results:Compared with6indices(onset time for sensory spreading,duration of sensory block,onset time for motor block,duration of motor block,onset time for sensory fixation,duration of sensory fixation,table1),the statistic study showed no significant difference between group LevoB and group B(P>0.05),After spinal subarachnoid block,in both groups,they showed no significant difference in BP,HR and ECG,and their block was all perfect respectively.Conclusion:The spinal subarachnoid block with levobupivacaine is perfect and safe,and effect of circulation function is the same as bupivacaine.The spinal subˉarachnoid block with levobupivacine is valuable in use and investigation.
