摘要
构建学习型社区是构建学习型社会的具体细化。构建学习型社区是促进人的全面发展的客观要求。构建学习型社区要确定其所要达到的目标体系,即培养终身学习者,建立终身教育体系;健全教育设施,建立教师队伍;建立终身学习评价体系等等。学习型社区的建设要加强领导,创新制度,以法治教,提高管理水平,加大人力、财力投入。
Forming of learning type of social district is specification of learning type of society to form and objective requirement of all-round development of man to promote. It requires explicit objective system , which includes training lifelong learner, constructing lifelong educational system , perfecting educational institution, establishing the teaching procession and so on , and strengthening the lead, innovating the institution, ruling the education with law , improving the management, increasing invested capital and Man Power.
