摘要
采用有机溶剂法从多棘海盘车中提取皂甙化合物,通过中性氧化铝柱的色素吸附以及AmberLiteXAD-2树脂柱的富集,得到海星皂甙。采用“管碟法”分别研究了海星皂甙对4种细菌和4种真菌的体外抑菌作用。对细菌的抗菌效果表明:海星皂甙对金黄色葡萄球菌、腊样芽孢杆菌的生长有较好的抑制作用,最低抑菌浓度分别是10、12.5mg/mL,而对大肠杆菌则无抑菌作用;对真菌的抗菌效果表明:海星皂甙对黑曲霉的生长有显著的抑制作用,而对啤酒酵母、青霉、根霉则无抑菌作用。从而说明海星皂甙对细菌和真菌的抑制作用均有一定的选择性。
The saponins were extracted from Asterias amurensis with organic solvent and purified by neutral Al_2O_3 column and Amerlite XAD-2 resin column. Then the cylinder plate method was adopted to study antibiotic activity in vitro of the total spaonins from Asterias amurensis. The experimental results indicated that this kind of extractives inhibited the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus and Aspergillus niger , with the minimal inhibitory concentration of 10 mg/mL,12.5 mg/mL and 10 mg/mL, respectively. However, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Penicillium sp.and Rhizopus oryzae could be hardly inhibited by total saponis from Asterias amurensis. This suggests that extractives of Asterias amurensis can selectively inhibit some kinds of bacteria and fungi.
