摘要
通过对国际法治释义、国际法与国际法治的关系、国际法治的现状及其制约因素和对国际法治现实作用的评价及对其未来作用的展望等几个方面的分析,从不同角度不同侧面对国际法治进行了阐释,以期对现实国际社会的法治产生积极的影响。
The modern world is a society that needs rule of law,so is the international society. So studying the international rule of law has a very significant meaning,it will have a positive effect on the coordinative development of the international society. This essay explains the international rule of law from different angles and sides through analyzing the definition of the international rule of law,the relation between the international law and international rule of law,the present situation and restrictive reason of the international rule of law, evaluation of the real usefulness of international rule of law and expectation of its future usefulness,so as to make a positive effect on the present international society's rule of law.
