摘要
目前恐怖主义已公认为全球性的问题,然而在反恐中联合国的地位和作用遇到了前所未有的巨大挑战,这对打击日益严重的恐怖主义活动是极为不利的。事实和实践证明,联合国应在打击恐怖主义中发挥主导作用。
In the present day world, terrorism has become a global issue acknowledged by all. In the fight against terrorism, the role and position of the UN have been changed, which is extremely unfavorable to the fight. Facts and practice have already proved that the UN should play the leading role in the fight against terrorism.
