摘要
高校后勤社会化改革必须坚持始终姓“教”的原则 ,必须坚持两个“基本点” ,必须因地制宜和因校制宜 ,必须注意规避风险 ;高校后勤社会化必须处理好社会效益和经济效益的关系 ,必须处理好高校与后勤实体的关系 。
This article tries to discuss several important issues in the process of the logistics socialization in the institutions of higher learning. Firstly this socialization reform should always adhere to the principle of “focusing on teaching”,the principle of “two basic points”.This reform must be carried out according to different situations in different regions and universities. Furthermore, the socialization should also balance between the social effects and the economical effects, the relationships between the school and the body of the logistics service, and the relationships between the reform and the social stability.
