摘要
建立了一套适用于正颌外科,口腔正畸科和颅颌面整形外科等颅颌面畸形整形手术,基于多媒体PC机的立体可视化整形手术模拟计算机辅助系统.原型对以统一规范方法采集的头颅CT图像数据进行预处理、数据格式转换,并在图像配准基础上,通过立体可视化技术,对断层图像进行三维重建和立体显示;最后,运用多平面分割、可视化交互技术,实现LeFortI手术模拟.
<Abstrcat> A prototype of the virtual surgical system for orthognathic surgery is studied, which is based on personal computer. The prototype applies the technology of visualization in scientific computing, computer graphics and digital image process. The prototype can acquire the data of craniofacial CT images by standardized method, preprocess value of the data, convert the format of data. After the image data registered, the stereo visualization can render 3D craniofacial images. 3-D osteotomy simulation of Le Fort I surgery is operated in virtual environment, which owes to the multi-plane segment and interactivity of visualization.
