摘要
以统计最优化方法为理论指导,利用PSPICE电路模拟软件中的统计优化模块和参数扫描功能,对混合滤波电路进行了针对成品率的可制造性优化设计,提高了该产品的设计成品率,达到了批量生产的要求。同时,从中提升出基于PSPICE平台的电路可制造性优化设计技术。
According to the theory direction of the statistic optimization, this paper uses the statistic optimization module and parameter sweep module of PSPICE EDA software to optimize manufacturability design aiming at yield of a hybrid filter circuit, which improves the design yield of the circuit, and is suitable for mass production as well. Further more, this paper extracts the technique for manufacturability optimization design aiming at the production yield of IC's based PSPICE from the experiment.
