摘要
本文通过对交通安全系统属性的研究,认为可以用遗传算法对交通事故黑点进行排查。这种方法可以在给定的道路条件和事故历史数据下,以安全度为评价函数(适应度)进行度量,利用遗传算法得到全部黑点信息(全部最优解)。通过具体实例应用,介绍了该方法的使用步骤,并考虑经济效益原则,用累计频率法对排查出的黑点进行遴选,为以较少的经济代价获得较大的治理效果提供实用的方法。
According to the attribute of the safety system of transportation, the genetic algorithms can be used to distinguish traffic accident black spots (high density spots of accident). Under given road condition and the history accident data, and taking safety degree as the evaluation function (degree of suiting), all the black spot information could be obtained in the form of global optimum by the method. Combined with the total amount frequency method, black spots are finally checked out according to the economic performance principle at the same time. Through an example, the use of this method is demonstrated.
