摘要
本文通过对上海市部分道路交叉口的道路交通及交通事故数据的分析研究,利用“综合影响系数法”建立了城市道路交叉口道路交通条件与交通事故率的关系模型,提出了城市道路交叉口交通安全的评价方法.根据交叉口的交通饱和度、非机动车比例、车辆组成、左转比例、交叉口间距、交叉口形状及进日分隔程度等因素,就可以确定对交通事故率的综合影响系数K,进而确定交叉口的安全水平.本文的研究成果在城市道路交叉口方案的合理评价和优化设计中具有实用意义.
By means of analysis & reseach on road & traffic accidents from urban road intersections' accident data in Shanghai, and by the method of 'SyntheticInfluence. Factor Model', the relation between the urban road intersetions'road & traffic conditions and accident rate has been esutablished in this paper.An evaluation means of urban road intersection safety has been presented.According to traffic saturation, the proportion of non-vehicles, the proportion of cars, the proportion of left-turn vehicles, the distatance between intersections, the type of intersections, and entrance separation conditions at intersections, the synthetic influence K on accident rate can be estimated,and the degree of traffic safety can be determined in the end. The result of this paper is of great significace for rational evalution and optimal design of urban road intersections.
