摘要
刑事普通程序简易化审理方式，是当前刑事审判的改革话题中的热点问题。针对我国司法实践中存在的问题，从节约审判资源，提高诉讼效率着眼，以强化庭前准备、庭前证据展示等环节入手，说明了刑事普通程序简易化审理的可行性。
The simplification of the procedure in hearing a criminal case is the hot issue in reforming the current judicial procedure. In view of the problems in judicial practice, this article is mainly devoted to the feasibility of simplifying the procedure in hearing a criminal case in order to save judicial resources, to improve the efficiency of lawsuits and to reinforce preparation and demonstration of evidence before opening a court session.
