摘要
从６４７例门控心血池显像患者中选出各类心室相位图示空白区者４０２例进行分析，提示：（１）ＰＨ图右室流出道及中部空白区与年龄、性别及各类疾病无直接关系，可能是一种正常表现；（２）右室下部ＰＨ图空白区的产生与右室功能低下及右冠脉病变有关；（３）ＰＨ图空白区的存在能间接地反映心肌损害的程度；（４）左室ＰＨ图空白区的变化对判定患者病情的转归有重要的临床价值．
Abstract Patterns of ventricular emptying were obtained from 402 patients by fourier analysis of radionuclide gated cardial blood pool image and radionuclide phase analysis. The results showed that:(1)the phase emptying of RV in the cannel and middle part was normal; (2)the phase emptying of RV in the below correlated with the cardial function and right coronary disease, and it reflected the degree of myocardial damage; (3)the phase emptying of LV was useful to detect the lesion of ischemia and prognosis in CHD.
