摘要
为观察十Gz对视网膜组织形态学的影响,对暴露于十5Gz60s的家免神网膜组织进行了光镜及电镜观察。结果表明,+5Gz作用60s对兔眼视网膜组织形态学无明显改变。说明本实验条件不足以使兔眼视网膜组织形态学发生改变。
To study the effects of +Gz on morphology of retina, retinal tissue of rabbits 1 h afterexposure to +5 Gz for 60 s was observed by microscope and electromicroscope. The result showed thatno significant change was found in retinal morphology. It was suggested that the experimental condition(+5 Gz, 60 s) was not enough to induce morphological change of retina in rabbits.
