奎硫平治疗难治性精神分裂症临床观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的:观察奎硫平治疗难治性精神分裂症的疗效。方法:28例难治性精神分裂症患者用奎硫平治疗12周,以简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、阳性症状评定量表(SAPS)、阴性症状评定量表(SANS)和副反应量表(TESS),评定疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗2周时起效,6周时疗效明显(P<0.05),12周时BPRS总分明显下降(P<0.01)。不良反应主要有头晕、嗜睡、心率增快、便秘和出汗等。结论:奎硫平对难治性精神分裂症阳性症状、阴性症状均有效,以对阳性症状效果较好。
