摘要
简述了激光测距器测试仪的功能和工作原理以及光学系统和机械结构的设计方案;选用石英晶体作为信息载体的基体材料,通过表面多次镀膜的方法,实现了记录激光的照射信息;采用Ca2F晶体和石英晶体作为主要材料,解决了光学系统需要通过可见光、激光和红外光的问题;采用在不同的光路中增加光程补偿片的方法,解决了在光学系统中复合三个波段的光路,并使其焦面重合的问题,保证了系统的整体性能。
The function and operational principle of the tester designed for the laser range finder, the design scheme of its optical system and mechanical structure are introduced briefly. Quartz crystal is selected as the basic material of the information carrier, which is coated many times for recording the irradiation information of laser. Crystal Ca2F and quartz are selected as main material to solve the problem that the optical system should be passed through by visible light, laser and infrared. The combination of three wavebands in a single optical system with their focus planes coincided is realized by use of compensate plate in different light path, which can ensure the overall performance of the system.
