井岗霉素在水稻叶片中的残留分析 被引量:7

摘要 建立了井岗霉素高效液相色谱分析法:紫外检测器UV,检测波长210nm,以甲醇与Na2HPO4缓冲液(pH=7,体积比为2∶98)为流动相,流速1.2mL·min-1,以甲醇/水(体积比为9∶1)为提取溶剂,以C18固相萃取柱净化。并研究了井岗霉素在水稻叶片上的残留行为。结果表明:建立的方法平均回收率为84.25%~102.25%,变异系数(CV)为1.64%~2.98%,最低检出限为0.92mg·kg-1,方法符合残留分析的要求。消解动态试验结果表明:添加或不添加表面活性剂9708的井岗霉素在稻叶中的半衰期(T1/2)分别为2.4和3.0d,最终残留量未检出。 The residual determination and degradation of JGMS(Jinggangmycin)in rice leaves were reported to evaluate the degradation behavior of JGMS in rice leaves.Residual JGMS in rice leaves were extracted by methanol and water(V/V,9∶1),cleaned up by passing through solid phase extraction C 18 column and determined by HPLC with UV detector,which methanol-phosphorus acid natrium buffer(pH=7)(V/V,2∶98)as mobile phase,210 nm UV detection wavelengths.The experiment results showed that the average recoveries range between 84.25%102.25%,coefficients of variation were 1.64%2.98%,the minimum detection limit of the method was 0.92 mg·kg -1 ,the half-life of JGMS in rice leaves was 2.4 days or 3.0 days with assist impregnant and without assist impregnant treated respectivly.
