摘要
对7例良性癫痫伴中央颞区棘波(BECT)患儿进行脑电图(EEG)和单光子发射性CT(SPECT)对照分析。全夜EEG监测证实7例患儿睡眠各期痫波发放频度均明显增加,其中5例为多灶性发放。全部患儿SPECT显像均为多灶性异常,定量分析表明痫波发放间期为局灶性放射性分布减低,痫波发放期则表现为放射性分布增高。提示BECT存在某些部位神经元的成熟障碍,导致代谢功能异常,其EEG痫波的游走性和多变性可能为多个病灶交替放电的结果。
AbstractAll nlght EEG monitoring and single photonemission compu terized tomography(SPECT)studieswere performed in 7 cases of benign epilepsy ofchildren with centro-temporal spikes(BECT).It wasconfirmed in aIl cases by EEG monitoring that the epi-leptic discharge frequency markedly increabed duringall the stages of sleep.Multifocal discharges werefound in 5 cases. Each cases was investigated withSPECT twice at electrically interictal and ictal phases,respectively. Multifocal SPECT abnormalities werediscovered in all the cases. The quantitative analysisrevealed low radioactive regions at electricallyinterictal phases which converted into high radioactivefoci at the ictal phases.These findings suggest delayedneuron maturation resulting in metabolic dysfunctionin certain areas of the brain of the patients withBECT.
