摘要
一般认为,民办高校在战略目标上应该定位于职业型而非学术型;在管理模式上应该实行柔性的人性化管理而非强制性的军事化管理;在战略重点上应该提高教育质量而非一味地扩大招生规模。但是实际上,它们在发展实务上却恰恰相反,并且取得了较大的成绩。可见,我们目前还不能轻易对民办高校的这些发展策略的正误妄下雌黄,其引发的问题也是启人深思的。
It is generally held that for strategic purpose civilian-run universities and colleges should be orientated in the vocational type but not academic type;for management mode they should carry out flexible humanized one but not mandatory military one;for strategic stress point they should raise quality but not enlarge enroll student scale. However,in reality what they obtain in development is quite contrary to the above.It is thus obvious that at present we should not lightly draw a conclusion with regard to the above questions.
