摘要
在管理呈开放性的大学中,大学社区已成为大学生交友、生活、学习的重要场所,人群高度密集决定了大学社区也是危机的高发区。辅导员工作在大学生思想政治教育的第一线,在大学社区危机管理中的作用不可替代。本文从危机管理的角度分析了大学社区危机管理,并就辅导员在大学社区危机管理中的作用和具体操作进行了阐述。
In the college of open management,the college community is an important place in which the college student learn,live and make friends,the dense population of the college community make it to be an area of high crisis occurrence.The college counselors’ work at the front line of the ideological and political education,their role can not be substituted in the crisis management for the college community.In this paper,the crisis management in college community is analyzed in the view of crisis management,and the important role of college counselor and their operation approach in the process of crisis management is also expounded.
