摘要
特殊教育的发展前景是特殊教育现代化 ,也是特殊教育界同仁的理想追求。通过分析教育现代化的实质和基本特征 ,剖析了我国特殊教育现代化的现状 ,提出了实现特殊教育现代化的理论构想。
The prospects of special educational modernization are brilliant.The colleagues in special educational circles try to seek the ideal.This paper analyzes the essence and the basic characteristics of educational modernization.It also analyzes the present situation of special education in our country and brings up a theoretical idea to realize the modernization of special education.
