摘要
香港面临学制更改,这当中,有特殊教育需要的学生应如何享有最合适与具成效的教育安排?本文介绍美国与台湾的相关学制与实行,并进一步探讨,提供特殊教育界同仁因应,以藉此良机改进、推广。
The Hong Kong school system is to be reformed into a "3 plus 3 plus 4" academic structure. There has been extensive expression of concerns, preferences, and suggestions. What would be the best arrangements for learners with special education needs? This article tries to share experiences in the United States and Taiwan, with further discussion and general suggestions for better quality of service delivery and fulfillment of students′ unique educational and rehabilitation needs.
