病人满意是医院追求的目标。为此,护理工作紧紧围绕以病人为中心的服务宗旨,从六重的各个环节入手,即重视思想教育;重审规章制度;重塑服务流程;重视人文关怀;重抓检查落实;重奖先进典型。使护理质量得到提高后,病人满意度也会随之上升。
The patient satisfaction is a hospital target.For this, hospital nursing work regarding patient as center of service, namely pay attention to the education from each link; Pay attention to the humanities concern. The nursing quantity gets to increase.
