摘要
目的:探讨如何建立优质护理服务的长效机制,促进优质护理服务持续发展。方法:对2010年启动优质护理服务示范工程活动以来的情况进行回顾性总结。包括医院加强组织领导,转变护理工作模式,实施责任制整体护理,更新服务理念,丰富护理服务内涵,充分调动护士积极性,落实护理管理职能,树先进典型,提升护理服务品质等。结果:实施后患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于实施前,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);实施后各项护理质量评分均高于实施前,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:优质护理服务有助于提高护理质量和患者对护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate how to set up the long term mechanism of high quality nursing service,and to promote the sustainable development of high quality nursing service.Methods:We retrospectively summarized situation of starting the high quality nursing service demonstration project activities since 2010.The hospital to strengthen organizational leadership,changed the nursing work mode,implement the responsibility system nursing,updated the service concept,enriched the connotation of nursing service,fully mobilized the enthusiasm of nurses,the nursing management function,made the advanced and typical,and enhanced the quality of nursing and so on.Results:The patients' satisfaction of nursing work after the implementation was significantly higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the quality of care scores after the implementation were higher than before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:The high quality of nursing service is helpful to improve the nursing quality and the patients' satisfaction to the nursing service,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
