摘要
对创伤性感染的３０例病人使用解毒洗药治疗，随机抽出同期使用庆大霉素湿敷，大黄油纱外敷治疗创伤性感染的各３０例作对照组，进行系统地观察、比较，临床观察结果表明：解毒洗药治疗组在清洁创面、减轻局部炎症反应，增强局部血液循环，促进肉芽组织生成及促进伤口愈合等方面优于对照组，为临床应用提供参考依据。
Abstract Detoxifying Lotion was used in treatment of 30 patients of traumatic infection.Two groups of 30 patients who had traumatic infection treated by genomycin app;lication and Rhubarb oiled-gauze application respectively were simultaneously observed for comparison.The result was that Detoxifying Lotion group excel two other groups in cleaning wound,decreasing local inflamative reaction,increasing local circulation and promoting granulation and wound healing.The study provided referrence for clinical practice.
