摘要
从牛鼻粘膜分离兽疫链球菌，经诱变获得的透明质酸酶缺陷型变异株Ｙ－９２１，在含葡萄糖、蛋白胨、酵母浸膏及无机盐的发酵液中，于ｐＨ７．０、３７℃下发酵４２ｈ，得透明质酸４．５ｇ／Ｌ。其分子量为１．９×１０６ｄ，蛋白质含量０．２％，此种产品适用于化妆品。
Astraior of S.zooepidemicus isolated from nasal mucosa of cattle was mutagenized to obtain a hyaluronidase-deficient mutant Y-921.The strain Y-921 was cultured in a medium containing glucose,peptone, yeast-extract and salt at 37℃.pH 7.0 for 42 h to produce 4.59 HA per liter.Its molecular weight was 1.9×106 daltons with0.2% protein content suitable and for cosmetics.
