摘要
从牛鼻粘膜分离兽疫链球菌,经诱变获得的透明质酸酶缺陷型变异株Y-921,在含葡萄糖、蛋白胨、酵母浸膏及无机盐的发酵液中,于pH7.0、37℃下发酵42h,得透明质酸4.5g/L。其分子量为1.9×106d,蛋白质含量0.2%,此种产品适用于化妆品。
Astraior of S.zooepidemicus isolated from nasal mucosa of cattle was mutagenized to obtain a hyaluronidase-deficient mutant Y-921.The strain Y-921 was cultured in a medium containing glucose,peptone, yeast-extract and salt at 37℃.pH 7.0 for 42 h to produce 4.59 HA per liter.Its molecular weight was 1.9×106 daltons with0.2% protein content suitable and for cosmetics.
