摘要 胰岛素是体内具有重要生理作用的激素。能量是影响猪生长的主要因素。能量通过胰岛素,IGF-Ⅰ及葡萄糖等代谢信号作为媒介,影响垂体促性腺激素的分泌,这些代谢信号也可以直接作用于卵巢,影响性腺激素的分泌及卵泡的发育。而胰岛素是这其中较重要的代谢信号之一。本文将介绍胰岛素在能量影响猪卵泡发育中的作用。
