摘要
针对目前医院科研管理工作中存在的问题,结合现代管理的发展趋势,围绕促进医院科研工作的可持续发展和培养高水平的知识创新人才,实现科研工作由规模效益型向质量效益型转变。本文通过引进系统管理、人本管理、动态管理和科研经营管理等管理要素对架构医院新型科研管理模式进行了初步探讨。
Discussion was made on the realization of administrative mode change of scientific research from scale efficiency to quality efficiency based on the analyses of modern trend of administration and existing problems, focusing on sustainable development of scientific research in our hospital and the training of qualified innovative talents. Preliminary discussion had been made on constructing a new administrative mode of scientific research by introducing methods of systematic, human-centered, dynamic management and business management.
