摘要
本文研究了烟草细菌性青枯病菌(Pseudomonassolanacearumsmith)的无毒产细菌素菌株对烟草青枯病菌4—11的防治作用。结果指出:用浸根法处理A_(3-5)、A_(4-3)、A_(1-4)三个无毒菌株对致病菌4—11均有防治效果。其中A_(3-5)防效最好,病情指数比对照降低50~60%,并能推迟病害的发生。用多次浇灌法处理,只有A_(3-5)表现出良好的防治作用,病情指数比对照降低达80%,推迟发病25天,说明在烟草根际保持较高数量的A_(3-5),是提高其防治效果的必要条件。对发病动态学的研究表明,用A_(3-5)保护的烟株,青枯病症状出现不仅迟于对照,而且病情发展缓慢,显示出了A_(3-5)持久的防治作用。此外,A_(3-5)对敏感型菌株7—3和不敏感型菌株2—3也有较好的防治效果,说明A_(3-5)不仅可用于防治敏感型菌株,而且还可用于防治不敏感型菌株。
The control of tobacco bacterial wilt caused by Pseudmonas solanacearum was tested in greenhouse with avirulent bacteriocin-producing strains (ABPS). Although all of the ABPS tested, A3-5, A4-3and A1-4 produced the control effects on wild strain 4-11,A3-5 was the best one with 50-60% decrease of disease index and several days delay of the occurence of the disease in comparison with the control by using root-soaking method. However,only A3-5 showed excellent control results with 80% decrease of disease index and 25 daysdelay of the occurence of the disease by using multiple addition method. The study on the dynamics of the disease revealed that the symptom of tobacco in the treatment with ABPS A3-5appeared later and developed slower than in the control. in addition,A3-5 gave good control results to insensitive strain 2-3 as well as to sensitive strain 7-3.
