摘要
应用反相色谱法测定氧氟沙星软膏的含量，获得较好分析结果，６份平均回收率为９８．７８％，ＲＳＤ＝０．５１％。色谱条件：１５０ｍｍ×４．６ｍｍ不锈钢柱，填充ＳｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂＣ１８５ｕ；流动相：８．４％柠檬酸溶液－甲醇－乙晴（１０：４：１），检测器ＵＶ－２５４ｎｍ。并对本品进行了高湿度、强光照射、高温加速、温度＋湿度和低温冷冻等稳定性考察试验。
Ofloxacin in ointment was determined by a reverse-phase HPLC svstem consixted of a stainless column of 150mm × 4.6mm filled with spherisorb C18 5u,nd an UV detector of 254 nm using a mixture of citric acid:methanol: acetonitrile( 1 0 4:1)as eluent.The recoveries and RSD of the method are 98.78%and 0.51%respectively. By this method the stability of Ofloxacin in oint-ment was also studied under various conditions.
